VerseBand Jr. ("the App") is created and maintained by Trending Apps ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information for children and families who use it.

We Do Not Collect Personal Information

VerseBand Jr. does not require an account, login, or sign-up of any kind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you or your child, including names, email addresses, photos, or location data.

No Advertising, No Tracking

The App contains no advertisements and does not use any third-party advertising networks, analytics trackers, or behavioral tracking technology of any kind.

What Stays On Your Device

The App saves a small amount of information directly on your device to make the app work — for example, your daily streak count and a sound on/off preference. This information never leaves your device, is never sent to us or anyone else, and is not linked to you personally in any way. You can clear this information at any time from the app's Settings screen, or by uninstalling the app.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

VerseBand Jr. is designed for children and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Because we do not collect any personal information from any user, including children under 13, no parental consent for data collection is required — there is simply no data of that kind being collected.

The App includes one optional link, located behind a parental gate (a simple math question intended for a parent or guardian to answer), that allows a parent to support the App's development through Ko-fi, a third-party donation platform. If you choose to use this link, you will leave the App and be subject to Ko-fi's own privacy policy and terms, which we do not control. We recommend a parent or guardian review Ko-fi's policies before using this link.
